Rural workers moving to urban areas perform less physical labor and supplant traditional low-fat diets that include local goods with processed diets that are high in fat and sugar.

And so we come to those culprits of excessive and unhealthy weight gain, processed foods which are high in fat and sugar. We can easily become addicted to these types of foods which makes fat loss particularly difficult.
